Presidential Ramblings:
By: Jay Munson

The holiday’s are once again behind us and we are the beginning of a new year. I hope everyone was able to spend the holiday season with family and friends and you all had safe and enjoyable holidays.

Supper Meeting: Jan 8th, 6:00 P.M. at the clubhouse
January’s regular meeting will be January 8th. The dinner speaker will be Dan McAuley from USGS who works at the University of Maine. He will be speaking about his study on Eider Ducks.

Club Activities:
The Princeton Rod & Gun Club will hold a Roast Beef and Turkey supper to benefit Greenland Point activities on Saturday, February 7th, 2009 at 5:00 PM. Carpooling will be available from PCCA parking lot at 3:00 PM. Points of contact are Al Faust and Woody Higgins.

As most of you know, we had hired Prentiss and Carlisle to “Cruise” our land in Stetson and put together a land management plan for use. I have received this finished product and we will be discussing our options along with a game plan for the possibility of a power line running through our property at the January board meeting.

We are gearing up for the 2009 Sportsman’s Show. We are excited about this year’s show as we have some pretty significant changes. The dates of the show will be March 13th 14th and 15th, 2009. As always we will be looking for help. Anybody available to help is asked to see either Woody Higgins or myself.

Work Days: Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at the clubhouse at 6:00 P.M.
