Vendor Information - 2008 Eastern Maine Sportsmen's Show

Dear Sportsman Show Exhibitor,

The 2007 Sportsman Show is now behind us. The weather conditions for this years show was detrimental to decline of the attendance and ultimately to sales for all of us. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything that any of us can do about the weather, and although Saturday was a miserable day there were 1565 paid attendance for the day. Sunday brought the largest attendance that we have seen in a long time. That is a testament to the dedicated patrons that we do have. The members of the Penobscot County Conservation Association wishes to sincerely thank each of you for your part in making this show such a great yearly event for so many people. The PCCA is very happy to sponsor the show and the success of the show is realized through the excellent vendor participation and sponsorship that we receive. Many thanks to all of you for the part that you play in making the show such a special event.

We are always working to find ways to improve the show and entertain any suggestions and/or ideas that any of you may have to help us do that. The show is only as good as the products and programs that we offer. We are looking forward to and planning some new events for the show next year. Please give us your input as to ways to improve the show and bring more people in. The show dates for next year will be March 14, 15, and 16, 2008.

We also want to remind you that we now have our own web site. There are many interesting things about PCCA on the web and information, exhibitor signup sheets, etc. for the 2008 Sportsman Show will be on there soon. Please visit our site at www.conservationassociation.org.
